Photo Ownership

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating your Santa photos. Generated photos are yours to use for personal purposes.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges. Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your photos, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

Santa Photos AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
